Hot wallet
Keys on a phone, laptop, or browser that is connected to the internet.
A hot wallet is convenient: you can sign from the same device you use to read the news. That is also why malware, fake apps, and clipboard-swapping thieves like it.
Hot is not immoral. It is a trade. Amounts you can survive losing on a phone may belong there. Amounts that would ruin a month probably do not, unless you have a practice you actually follow.
